Cancelation & Refund Policy

For In-Person Classes & Practicum

  • All classes require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit or Full Payment to register for class.

  • Balance due 14 days prior to class start date.

  • Cancellations within 2 weeks of class are not eligible for a refund.

  • If class payment was paid in full, cancellations before 2 weeks prior to class are eligible for a refund minus the 50% non-refundable deposit.

  • It is the responsibility of the student to have the course date verified in writing by the school prior to making provisions for time off, hotel bookings, flight reservation or other commitments to avoid miscommunication or misunderstanding.

  • The student is responsible for daily class attendance and punctuality. Incomplete training as a consequence of missed days or tardiness falls on the shoulders of the student.

For Online Courses

  • All online courses are paid in full and a registration email will be sent within a few minutes of receipt of purchase.

  • Online training is not eligible for refund after registration.

For Mentorship Program

  • Mentorship Programs require full payment upon registration.

  • Cancellation of program has a 14 day or "prior to students first message" grace period. If cancelled in this time you will receive full refund minus a 15% cancellation fee.

  • Any cancellations after this do not qualify for refund.
